Porcelain Veneers

Preferred by many of our patients, porcelain veneers can provide the lasting results of a smile makeover. Many cosmetic dental problems, such as chipped, gapped, stained, aged or misaligned teeth, can be corrected with porcelain veneers.

On your initial visit for veneers, we will remove a small amount of tooth structure from the front surface. The veneers then are custom-designed by our master ceramist to fit naturally and perfectly over each individual tooth. After thoroughly cleaning and preparing the teeth, the veneers are then placed with a resin material and cured or hardened with a special curing light. Porcelain veneers are as strong as—or stronger than—your own teeth and resist future discoloration and chipping. They will make an immediate and dramatic difference in your smile.

Dr. Norton removes the uncertainties for you. He will show you in advance, by digital imaging or corrective wax study models, how your new smile will look. LUMINEERS® is the painless cosmetic solution for stained, chipped, discolored or misaligned teeth. They are the non-invasive or minimally invasive way to transform your smile into your perfect smile. Clinically proven to last more than 20 years, they are simply placed over existing teeth and bonded in place. There is little or no grinding of tooth structure in preparation. The procedure is reversible in situations where no tooth preparation is needed. These contact-lens-thin, all-porcelain veneers can even be placed over existing crown or bridgework without having to replace them.
